Imper PU Roof coating

Elastic waterproofing coating in thick layered polyurethane, designed to prevent water infiltration, presenting excellent resistance to the outside. Respond all the requirements established in the “GREEN BUILDING”, offering the highest possible score for BREEAM and / or LEED certifications.

Uses

It is especially indicated for waterproofing and protecting surfaces such as terraces, façades, dividing walls and surfaces based on mortar where fine cracks appear, distributed in a certain orientation, which are almost static, i.e. they have very little contraction or dilation movement with climatic changes, due to an unbalanced composition of the mortar, its particle size, or abnormal drying conditions.

Substrate preparation

Imper PU diluted 40% with water.

Dilution

Water. Application: 0-15%

Drying time

Touch: 60 min. Repainted: 4 h. Total: 20-30 days .

Cleaning

With water before drying.
