• How has production changed over these years?

Production has not changed much, the system is pretty much the same, but on the concept of product and quantity we have developed a lot. Currently, we are producing latest generation products such as isaclean and isablock with smaller production run. With regard to technology, the largest investment has been made for the production of solvents, to which more dyes and additives have been added.

Significant improvements have been made to the field of the environment. We have incorporated a water treatment plant that retrieves more than 50% of the production water.

• We understand that the incorporation of new technologies has improved production somehow. In which aspect has it influenced the most?

The most significant improvements have been made in logistics and product handling.

When we moved to the plant in Ribarroja, new automatisms were included to avoid dangerous handling by the operator, which help to reduce the physical effort.

In production, the incorporation of industrial paint-mixing machines has provided higher flexibility and response capacity.

• The production department has been the last area in the company to use the Isaval ERP management system. How does this system help you in your daily work?

At production level, control and management of raw materials has improved significantly.
