How did you decide to integrate the line for installations to the company?

Isaval has had a Decoration Department for some years. Occasionally, this department subcontracted other companies to carry out this work, Decopark, for example. The world of decoration requires professional installation and Isaval management team decided to manage whole projects, from beginning to end, taking advantage of synergies with the sales team and the management and financial capacity.

What does this new business line consist of?

Selling and installing all kind of coatings and light flooring (laminated, floorboards, carpets, lawn…), for the residential sector (houses) sector contract (hotels, restaurants), sports (pavilions) and public (theatres) facilities.

How many people are there in the team? Which are their functions?

The department is made up of 3 people (working permanent contract):

-Installations manager (Pedro Gómez)

-Administration (Andrea Montalt)

-Person responsible for works (José Luis Roa)

And the necessary installers according to the volume of work. Currently we have

– 6 specialist technicians in installations (installers)

Which projects have been carried out this year?

· Meliá Beach House Hotel – Palma de Mallorca (Magaluf): comprehensive rehabilitation of the hotel with more than 6,000 m2 installed to turn an old 3-star beach hotel into a luxury hotel.

· Illot Hotel– Palma de Mallorca (Cala Ratjada): 500 m2 carpet have been installed in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
