Fixacril Solvent-based fixer
Acrylic primer in highly penetrating solution for consolidating and sealing porous surfaces or surfaces in very poor condition and with chalking problems.
Uses
Especially indicated for fixing and sealing surfaces in bad condition and porous surfaces. Highly recommended for use with together our products for façades. Its use as a CONCRETE CURING MEMBRANE is particularly worth mentioning. This is possible due to two basic properties that it has. One is to avoid rapid loss of the setting water, ensuring maximum hydration of the calcium oxide (CaO) as its converts to calcium hydroxide, Ca(OH)2. With this slow exit of the excess water, by diffusion, through the microporous resin, the size of the capillary pores is reduced, with the resulting improvement in the quality of the concrete.

Drying time
To touch: 25-30 mins / Recoat: 4-6 hours.
Cleaning
D-80 cleaning solvent or D-90 solvent for synthetics.
Finish
Transparent.
Performance
Varies a lot depending on the type of substrate and the condition that it is in. Concrete: 15-20. Mortars: 10-15. Fibre cement: 10-15. Plaster/Cast plaster: 5-15. Painted surfaces: 15-20.
