Epoxy Self-levelling 100% solids

High-performance pigmented epoxy coating, offering maximum resistance against abrasion and wear. Self-levelling mortar mixed with special aggregates.

Uses

100% solids epoxy paint (no solvents) specially developed to be applied where high physical and chemical resistance is required on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. Appropriate for making self-levelling mortars. For use in car parks, industrial warehouses, workshops and in general, in all interiors in which specific zones need to be decorated, protected or marked out. Its use is also highly recommended for painting all kinds of metal structures used for building or making industrial machinery. This paint is for indoor use, as outdoors it is subject to chalking and colour fading.

Substrate preparation

Epoxy sealant 100% or Epoxy sealant 40% solids. Self‑leveller pot life (parts combined): 45 minutes.

Dilution

D-100 epoxy diluent. If dilution is necessary, no more than 5%.

Drying time

To touch: 4 hours / Recoat min. 16 hours, max. 24 hours / Transit of light vehicles: 48 hours / Max. resistance: 8 days.

Cleaning

D-100 Epoxy Solvent or D-80 cleaning solvent.

Finish

Gloss.
